About MESA: Mechanical Engineering Students Association (MESA) is the Forum in LTCoE in Mechanical Engineering department in order to develop, motivate,inculcate values and overall development of every individual. Students look to teachers for positive reinforcement, and are more likely to be enthusiastic about learning if they feel their work is recognized and valued. Getting involved on campus, although time-consuming, provides a break from regular class work, may help alleviate stress, and make college more enjoyable and balanced. College students who are involved in activities are more likely to feel a sense of belonging and adjust more easily to college life. Hereby, through MESA, students are involved in various activities such as Technical events, Seminars, Paper presentation, Industrial visits and cultural events also in the department. They get recognized at different levels and thus get motivated, making them ready for the outside world. Prof. Ajay Kashikar is current Incharge of MESA. |
