| Deepcytes Advanced Research in Cybersecurity (DARC) LAB Subject to feasibility, regulatory approvals, resource availability, and mutual agreement, the Parties may collaborate to establish or operate a Centre of Excellence, which includes: ● Cybersecurity research and innovation activities under our International R&D Lab ● Access to selected tools, platforms, or training environments ● Academic-industry collaboration initiatives The scope, infrastructure, funding model, operational responsibilities, branding, and intellectual property arrangements relating to DARC shall be governed by separate written agreements or added, if and when executed. |
