Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering acts as a core technology for almost all industries. The field of electronics and telecommunications has revolutionized the world over the last century. In recent times, exponential growth has been observed in emerging applications and innovations in the field of telecommunication engineering.

The highly qualified faculties and well equipped laboratories with state of art facilities helps students in nurturing the competitive engineering education. The department is associated with IEEE, IETE and ISTE organizations ensuring a qualitative, dynamic and competitive environment for students as well as faculty. Students are encouraged to learn beyond the class room teaching through seminars, industrial visits, value added programs, presentations and project competition. Such students will become assets to the department, Institute and Nation.

We provide a challenging opportunity of getting exposed to real world complex problems to the students, while providing the academic guidance, technical support and necessary conducive environment to develop appropriate solutions for the benefit of society.

I received the Academic Excellence Award for HOD Category at Regional Level by IEI & FCRIT, Vashi in 2022, with the hard work, dedication and continuous efforts of my faculty, staff and students.
