Workshop on soft skill training programe

In Electrical department soft skill training program has been organized by T&P Cell of LTCoE in collaboration with RUBICON. The program had been conducted on 29th , 30th & 31st Jan 2020 under the umbrella of MoU signed between LTCoE and RUBICON supported by industries as a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative of BARKLAYS Bank. This program has been organized for TE and BE Electrical students.


The main objective of this program to provide platform to improve their communication skill and to get innovative ideas of corporate world which will help them during interviews.

Seminar on CCQT

LT college of engineering, electrical department offering a free of cost CCQT (Common Corporate Qualifier Test) session on 23/12/2019 in A510 Auditorium Hall at 10.00 a.m. TCS -iON. A TATA had taken an initiative. The college had signing MOU with TCS -iON.


This session is organized for final year students basically to provide better opportunity i.e. Qualify once for a large number of corporate jobs. Also get notice to gain a competitive edge and improves visibility among recruiters in top MNCs. Students also get practice to improve their score every 3 month.

Report on TANTRAGYAN 2019

In the endeavor to encourage the hidden talent in the degree and diploma students of engineering, Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineerings' Electrical Department under Student Council of Electrical Engineering (SCEE) and IEEE-LTCE Chapter, celebrating Silver Jubilee year, organized the 7th National Level Project Competition "TANTRAGYAN" on 19th March 2019 with the motto being THRIVE TO TRANSFORM.


This competition is being organized in Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering from the last six years. This event provides an opportunity for the students to explore their creative instincts in the technical field. This event also enhances practical knowledge, gives a chance to modify and develop the existing technologies, to ensure its improvement contributes for a better tomorrow.


Magnificent response was observed from the student side with some remarkable projects seen on the display by the juries and techno-savvy students. We received 102 entries from colleges across Maharashtra. The winners were awarded with trophies, medals, certificates along with cash prizes worth Rs. 34,000/-.

It was a great privilege for Tantragyan 2k19 to have eminent personalities as the juries this year. We had Dr. R.D. Kulkarni (Scientist H, BARC) as the Chief Guest and Mr. Sunil Pawar (Superintendent Engineer, BEST) as the Guest of Honour.


Members of alumni, Mr. Sanjay Sonune (DGM, Adani Electricity), Mr. Bhavesh Dodia, Mr. Shrikanth Patil, Mr. Ali Sayyed and Mr. Sandeep Naik were also a part of our event.
